We offer free consultations for current and former California employees, and tell you at no cost whether we believe you have a case. There is no charge for the consultation, and there is no charge at all unless we recover money for you. There are no upfront attorney fees. We work on a contingency fee, which means you only pay us if we recover money for you, and any payment comes out of the money we recover.
